Submitting Ads
IMPORTANT: All placed images (photos, logos, etc) must be converted to CMYK before creating PDF-X1a. Also convert all spot colors in layout to CMYK.

Preferred format is press-optimized PDF-X1a with embedded fonts, images at 300 dpi. Use Acrobat Distiller to create PDF-X1a from PostScript.

Accepted Formats include Adobe Illustrator EPS with all fonts converted to outlines. Files may not contain transparency options. Any images or photographs must be CMYK and embedded into file. Photos must have a resolution of 300ppi at full size; Line art must have a minimum resolution of 600ppi at full size. Save file as CMYK EPS.

Though not ideal, high resolution PhotoShop TIFF or EPS (at 300ppi at full size) can also be accepted as final art. Native InDesign CS will be accepted only if in Macintosh platform with supporting fonts and graphics.

MS Word, Publisher or PowerPoint files are not accepted.
