THE SALVATION ARMY PENDEL DIVISIONAL ADVISORY ORGANIZATIONS CONFERENCE & Retreat exists to celebrate, promote, shape and advance The Salvation Army’s method of practical techniques and solutions for today’s Advisory Organizations. It provides a forum for advisory members, officers, Salvationists, employees, committee volunteers and volunteers from Salvation Army Programs, Corps and Service Units to:

• Share ideas and resources representing the Best of Salvation Army tools and practice
  
• Explore emerging issues and new technologies, encouraging appropriate use of critical tools (committee work, fundraising, volunteer resources)
  
• Learn more about practical techniques, online tools and dos and don'ts from a panel of experts
  
• The conference is designed to assist volunteers, officers & staff in effective advisory organizations management and focus.

Our Divisional Commander, Lt. Colonel William R. Carlson invites all Volunteers, Officers, and other interested parties to join our mission of learning and improving our ability to better connect with our donors, program recipients, advisory groups, and communities.
